Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the streetworklocal.com website (the "Website") operated by Townsend Resources LLC, a Limited Liability Company formed in Texas, United States ("us," "we," "our"). Your access to and use of this Website is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, you do not have our permission to access or use the Website.

What streetwork Local is

streetwork Local is a free concierge service for people moving into a new home. You tell us your new address and what you need — utilities, cable, internet, home security — and we research available providers, present you with options, help you choose, and coordinate scheduling and setup.

We are not the utility, cable, internet, or home-security provider. We connect you with third-party providers, using our operating platform (ServiceStationRE) to compare and place orders on your behalf. Your actual service agreement, pricing, installation, and ongoing service relationship is directly between you and the provider you select. We do our best to present accurate, current options, but we do not guarantee any provider's price, availability, installation timeline, or service quality.

The concierge service is free to you. After we've helped set up your essential services, you'll be added to our secondary offer list, which may include a city-based gallery of local deals and offers from other home-services businesses (streetworklocal.com/[city]).

What we collect, and what happens when you place an order. Our website and app only ever ask you for what's needed to research and coordinate service options: your name, contact information, address, and service preferences. We do not collect or store payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other identity-verification information. When you're ready to place an order, you'll be directed to ServiceStationRE's platform and/or the individual provider's (e.g., the utility, cable, internet, or security company's) own order and signup process to complete that step. Payment and identity-verification information is collected there, under ServiceStationRE's and/or the provider's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, not ours. Read those terms before entering payment or identity information. streetwork Local is not a party to that transaction and is not responsible for how ServiceStationRE or the provider handles your information once you leave our site.

Accessing your move status: portal link and app

We offer two ways to see your move status, and neither uses a traditional password.

Web portal link. If we've set you up with a personal move-status link, that link is unique to you. Treat it like you would any private link — don't share it with anyone you don't want seeing your move details. If you think your link has been shared or compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we'll issue a new one.

Mobile app. If you use the streetwork Local app, you log in by requesting a one-time "magic link" sent to your email address. Clicking that link signs you in — there's no password to create, remember, or have stolen in a data breach elsewhere. Each link is intended for one-time use by you; don't forward a login email to anyone else. If you lose access to your email account, contact us at [email protected] to help you regain access.

Prohibited uses

You agree to use this Website in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You agree that you will not:

• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Townsend Resources LLC, streetwork Local, or its employees or representatives;
• Misrepresent your identity, your address, or your affiliation with any person or entity when requesting quotes or service setup;
• Submit fraudulent, false, or duplicate service requests;
• Send spam, junk mail, or unsolicited promotional material through the Website;
• Use a robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access or copy content from the Website;
• Interfere with, disable, overburden, or damage the Website or any server or database connected to it, including via denial-of-service attacks;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its systems;
• Use the Website in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.

No warranty on the Website

Availability, errors, and inaccuracies

We assume no liability for the availability, errors, or inaccuracies of provider information, pricing, or service options presented through the Website. Provider pricing and availability change and may be incorrect or out of date at the time you view them. Listing or presenting a provider does not constitute our endorsement or guarantee of that provider.

Damages and limitation of liability

You have successfully opted in to receive notification and promotional SMS from Townsend Resources LLC, D/B/A streetwork Local. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for undelivered or delayed messages. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected]. Governing law, dispute resolution, venue, and class action waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. They are not governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the Uniform Commercial Code, or Incoterms.

Our failure to enforce any provision isn't a waiver of it. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and supersede any prior agreements.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Collin County, Texas.
